As society progresses and economy developes, the state-owned enterprises, as an indispensable part of the modern society, are playing increasingly significiant role. As a kind of strategic resources of the modern enterprises, human resource partly decides the success or failure of an enterprise. This article has briefly discussed some general questions about encouragement. It analyzes the current status of the employee encouragement in our country, puts forth some measures to improve the encouragement mechanism, and finally analyzes the GE Company's case to illustrate how we benefits from an effective encouragement mechanism.
