一、body shame是什么？
是一种社会文化现象，它发生的逻辑跟审美发展的逻辑密不可分。身体羞辱的本质是自上而下的男性凝视（male gaze）。男性凝视本身也是一种社会文化现象，通俗理解就是男性自行站在高高在上的审判者角度，觉得自己是上帝是老天爷，有资格去评判一切。男权社会下，女性是被看的第二性，男性则通过各种媒介和渠道享受窥视愉悦，成为观看和凝视的第一性。这种思维模式，让相当一部分自身条件平庸的男性，也敢大肆评论女性容貌。世俗舆论中的“好坏”是从男性凝视角度来评判的，社会也对男女提出差别化的角色期待和要求。在男权基础上，一旦女性出现某种“行为偏差”，便“自然地”被人们所“凝视”，被迫承受来自四面八方由外至内的强压。
二、所谓的胖，真的是女性遭受身体羞辱的原罪吗？
因为“胖”而遭受讥讽的情况不胜枚举。氧叔还在朋友圈看过一位性格很爽朗的女性好友公开吐槽自己被男性恶意叫做：“坦克身材”；当这种羞辱来自同性时会更让人难堪，很多年轻姑娘明明喜欢却不敢穿吊带裙，就怕听到一句：“这样的手臂也好意思穿吊带裙？”因为男性凝视本质上是男权霸权的体现，所以身体羞辱也几乎完全针对女性的。若社会大环境只能接受女性扮美，那未免太过狭隘。欲加之罪，何患无辞。当你弱小时挑剔你、打压你让你成为被折断翅膀的金丝雀；当你强大时窥视你、寻觅机会诋毁你，从而让你觉得自己是有罪的。女德班的存在，正是男性凝视下精神PUA的产物。
三、如何对抗一切羞辱式打压？
对抗身体羞辱，跟对抗情感PUA的本质是一样的，最简单的解决方式就是时刻牢记一句话：“我不要你觉得，我要我觉得。”看清这些枷锁的本质，就会发现它们都是对女性的打压——“愿你是弱小的、无知的、易碎的、听话的、容易被掌控的。”女性更美好更加大的本质，其实是摆脱了这些世俗强加的枷锁，去创建自信的、判定自我价值的逻辑体系，在猥琐唱衰的眼光下也能挺胸抬头昂扬前进。读万卷书，行万里路，开拓自己的格局与眼界，在有限的条件内完成自我救赎。其实我们的一生都在对抗，对抗原身家庭的价值观与自我意识的冲突；对抗成长环境中美育匮乏与社会大环境优先看脸的冲突；对抗性教育缺失与男性凝视的打压。包括用医美手段变美是一个道理，这也是寻求情绪上的解脱。氧叔听过不止一个姑娘说过，动刀这个过程不是为了让自己变得跟明星一样，而是经受过遭罪、恢复、变美这个过程，逐渐接纳自己。最后变得多美不再重要了，因为终于发现自己有余力把思绪放到其他更重要的事情上。
四、变好的不仅仅是外在，而是内在的格局与眼界。
这才是千金难换的宝物。很多时候选择比努力更重要。而选择坚信什么，也比在意世俗眼光更重要。最后把《兼爱》中的一句话送给大家：“天下之人皆相爱，强不执弱，众不劫寡，富不侮贫，贵不敖贱，诈不欺愚。”愿我们都能从泥泞中开出花来。

So itmeans American not only get a peace but also help other country get a peace. In 1963, president Kenney said “we believe strongly in that .we are not going to withdraw from that effort . In my opinion, for us towithdraw from that effort would mean a collapse not only of south Vietnambut southeast Asia ,so we are going to stay there.’ President Eisenhower and President Johnson expressed the same conclusion during their terms of office.And Nixon is expressed the same. For the future of peace, precipitate withdrawalWould be a disaster of immense magnitude and if he precipitate withdrawal it wouldNot bring peace; it would bring more war. For these he continue the war.
