发催款函，英语可选用：Reminder of Payment（付款提醒函）Notice of Delinquent Payment（欠款通知）Notice of Overdue Payment（付款逾期通知）例：This is a reminder that your account balance of $<欠款额> was overdue as of <到期日期>. Enclosed is a statement of account foryour reference.Please arrange payment of this account today or, if you cannot make full payment at this time, please contact us to make a payment arrangement that is mutually acceptable.Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. If youhave any queries regarding this account, please contact our office as soon aspossible.If payment has recently been made, pleaseaccept our thanks and ignore this reminder. 与国外客户生意往来常会出现拖欠款项的情况。如果有相关合同条款，按合同条款办。如果没有，催款通行的做法是发30天、60天和90天的催款信。如果数额巨大，120天后可通过律师发律师信或追款公司追讨所欠款项。

Letter to Request Payment不过一般我们不写信的名称，通常在Subject（主题）部分写：Payment Request或者：Immediate Payment Request（请求立即付款）后者我们很少使用，都是碰上老不付款的客户采用呢。
