英语信函格式，这么写：
英语信函的构成可以分为八个部分:
标题、日期、姓名和地址、称呼、信函、结束语、签名和附言。
标题:信中提到寄信人公司的名称或地址。一般来说，寄信人只需要把自己的地址写在信的右上角，距离信笺抬头1寸左右，可以占两三行或四行。
日期(日期):写日期要注意以下几点:①年份要写全称，如不能用“99”代替“1999”；②月份要用英文写。除了May May，July，可以用Sep .和Oct .等缩写。但是不要用数字来代替，例如7/4/99或7，4，99，因为在英国这个日期代表1999年4月7日，在美国代表1999年7月4日。③日期可以是1、2、3、4…11、12…21、22…31等。、或第一、第二、第三、第四…第十一、第二十一…第二十二…第三十一等等。
日期的几种写法:a . 1998年7月7日b。1998年10月1日。30诺夫。，1997d。1999年9月3日④特别注意，英文信的日期应紧挨着写信人的地址，不能像中文信那样写在信的签名之后。
收件人姓名和地址(姓名和地址内):在写上写信人的地址和日期之后，就应该写上收信人的名字和地址。一般的商务信函或给不熟悉的朋友的信要写，给亲密朋友的信可以省略。这一项写在日期下一行的左上角。收件人的名字要写一行，收件人的地址可以分两行或三行。
称呼:是指信件开头的那种称呼，如亲爱的、先生、叔叔，各种称呼因人而异。一般来说，逗号用在称呼后面，但冒号也用。
信函(信函正文)信是信的主要部分，也就是信的内容。正文应该在称呼下面两行开始。信函的第一个字母通常与称呼语的第一个字齐平。也有四八个字母倒过来的。下面是一些开场白和结束语。
