综述：面试可以绕培训老师的需求准备，结合培训什么样的学生来考虑，进而回答问题。
入职培训机构时的技巧：
1、板书要整齐。
板书也是其中的一个评分项，字迹好看的人分会更高。字迹不好看的人也别慌，只要写得整齐，看起来不会不舒服就好了。
2、讲解的试题难度要有梯度。
试题的难度有梯度，更显老师的专业性。一个知识点，你要找三种难度的试题，分为：基础题，中等难题，难题。因为面试的时间一般为15分钟，所以各选一题就好了。
3、要让学生知其然并知其所以然。
在讲解知识点的时候，不能直接跳过过程导出结果。比如一个点(x,y)关于原点对称是(-x,-y)。你要把推理过程说出来，这样学生才能知其然并知其所以然。
4、要与学生互动。
与学生互动很重要，不能自已讲得很嗨，却至始至终都不与学生互动。可以说大家先思考一下，待会请个同学回答，或者问学生说要怎么做(把面试官当学生)。总之互动性越强越好。
5、多面向面试官，而不是黑板。
因为紧张所以就会不自觉的转向黑板。但是这样很不好，因为面对黑板，就看不到学生有没有认真听课，有没有听懂，而且也不能更好的与学生互动。所以，我们要克服紧张，有意识地自我纠正。(把面试官当作学生)

具体什么问题不好说。但是英文自我介绍这一关是肯定有的。还有就是问你的工作经历，实践经历，你个人的优点等等。你最好都先用英文写好，自己能够背诵一些，这样临场有发挥余地。 最后必须胆大，心细，脸皮厚。要有坚强的心理素质，不要怕，发挥你正常水平就可以了。
