Implement the plan。

实施计划就是对这一时期各个环节的工作进行统一规划，综合平衡，科学安排和确定合理的建设顺序和时间、建设工期的投产、达产时间。

计划是指从批准可行性研究报告，确定建设项目开始，到项目竣工投产正常运行这段时期。

实施是指围绕项目实施计划是否合理和周密，在实施时间的安排上是否紧凑而开展的综合且具体的步骤。

战略实施就是将公司战略付诸实施的过程，企业战略的实施是战略管理过程的行动阶段，因为比计划的制定更加重要。

战计划也称为长期计划，是为实现组织的长期目标而制定的有广泛意义的计划，通常表现为三年或五年以上的发展规划。

在管理学中，计划具有两重含义，第一重是计划工作，是指根据对组织外部环境与内部条件的分析，提出在未来一定时期内要达到的组织目标以及实现目标的方案途径。

第二重是计划形式，是指用文字和指标等形式所表述的组织以及组织内不同部门和不同成员，在未来一定时期内关于行动方向、内容和方式安排的管理文件。
