2016年怎么读英语

twenty sixteen把这两个单词按照顺序读出来即可。

两个、两个数字来读，比如：1981年可以读成：NineteenEighty-one，而到了2000年后的，比如2008年，则可以念成：Twothousandandeight,还有读成：theyearof"TwoOOEight"的，前面的为最佳读法。

1、"年份"一般分为两个单位来读，前两个数为一个单位，后两个数为一个单位。如2016读作twenty sixteen

2、3位数读法：

如果是三位数，先读第一位，再把后两个数合起来读。如：984年可读为nine eighty-four,757年读成seven fifty-seven。

3、“千”年的读法

另外，像2000年一般读成two thousand, 2001年则读成two thousand and one,以此类推，2004年应读成two thousand and four。 January 12th, 1993读成January the twelfth, nineteen ninety-three。

4、第3个数字为"0"的读法

第三个数字为“零”（其他数字不是“零”）的年份的读法应当将该“零”读为O［u］。

例如： 1809年读作 eighteen O nine

5、其他年份的读法

另外，还有一些非四位数的年份，它们有两种读法：一种是按照基数词的方法来读，另一种是一个一个数字来读。

例如：531BC 读作 five three one BC（或five hundred and thirty-one BC）

日期的写法可以采用基数词和序数词两种形式。例如： March 1也可以写成March 1st；May 29也可以写成May 29th。但是，日期的读法只能用序数词的形式。

例如：

October 31（October 31st）读作October（the）thirty-first

August 26（August 26th）读作August（the）twenty-sixth

注意：通常情况下，the 是不读出来的。

在朗读时，"月份"一般直接用英语读出；"日"则要读成"the 序数词"。
