民航空乘英语教案

英语是航空公司与外国旅客沟通的桥梁，提高英语水平是航空公司发展的必然要求。如果想知道乘务员应该如何提高英语口语能力，不妨接着往下看……一、激发乘务员的学习兴趣长期以来，单向输液教学模式已经难以满足乘务员英语教学的需要了。乘务员在教学过程的被动地位和枯燥乏味的教学环境，使空乘人员对英语学习产生了抵触情绪，从而影响英语口语的提高。建议各航空公司在教学过程中，要根据航空公司的特点和学习能力，因材施教，通过具体方法，创造一个轻松活泼的学习环境。使航空公司英语教学的主体地位回归到自己的岗位，从而激发学习的热情。与其他群体的英语教学不同，乘务员英语教学的核心是培养他们的听说能力。所以应加大听说训练的比重，以问答的方式提高他们的英语口语表达能力和问题思考能力。此外，还可以开展各种小组学习，加强小组内部的互动交流，使他们在不断的听说过程中，改进自己的不足之处。为在小组中英语能力较差的乘务员提供帮助，让英语能力较强的乘务员多引导英语能力较差的乘务员。因为使用英语的习惯会改变每个人的文化背景，所以乘务员在英语学习中，教师可以灵活地运用多媒体，向他们展示世界各国的风俗人情和语言使用的差异。不仅可以增强乘务员对所学内容的好奇心，还可以让他们在以后的工作中，借助各国文化背景知识，与各国旅客进行良好的交流，从而提高乘务员的服务质量。二、提高空乘人员的知识鉴于乘务员英语基础普遍较弱，在教学过程中应加强基础英语知识的教学。为了确保乘务员的词汇达到一定的标准，建议乘务员多背诵典型的英语原文。此外，在乘务员口语教学中，教师应及时纠正语音中出现的问题，使乘务员能够准确地掌握英语语音，为后续的口语交际训练打下良好的基础。三、开展情景教学日常工作中，经常会有许多不确定因素，所以需要通过各种教学方法来训练乘务员的口头表达能力，例如，请老外模拟训练，让乘务员说英语等等。通过一系列的模拟训练，并结合英语具体情况运用技巧，提高乘务员的自信心，使他们吐词不清和发音不标准的问题都能得到很好的解决。
