不知道对方性别，可以写成 Mr./Ms. + 姓（Mr.是先生，Ms.是女士）如果 Bake 是姓，则可以称之为：Dear Mr./Ms.Bake，这样他/她就明白你不清楚他/她的性别，下次回复时就会写清楚。如果 Bake 是名，则直接称：Dear Bake, 然后在邮件正文中礼貌地询问一下，如：I'm wondering if I'm writing to a Mr. or Ms.
