英语面试如何描述过往工作经历

在英语工作面试里，必不可少的一个环节就是谈论自己的工作经验。面试者应利用这个机会充分说明自己过往的工作成就和经验，向面试官全面展示自己为何是该应聘职位的最佳人选。那么如何正确有效的用英语来谈论自己的工作经验呢?

在英语里，我们可以用一般过去时或过去完成时来谈论过往经历。请通过以下情景对话来学习如何选择正确的英语时态来描述过去工作经验。

情景对话 1：

Mary:Qiang, Hello. Please sit down, make yourself comfortable.

Qiang:Thank you.

Mary:Your qualifications look impressive but what sales experience have you got?

你的学历很好，但你有销售经验吗?

Qiang:I worked in a computer manufacturing company for 18 months. During my time with them I had a great track record of selling the highest number of PCs every month.

Mary: Could you give me an example of how you demonstrated good team work skills during your time at the company?

Mary: Right well that's pretty much all I want to ask at the moment. Do you have any questions for me?

我就想请问一下大概什么时候能得到今天面试结果的消息。

请注意：

在谈论过去工作经验的时候，应交替使用一般过去时、过去完成时或一般现在时。现在完成时和一般过去时最大的区别是，一般过去时描述的是过去发生并且已经完成了的动作，仅仅对过去发生的事情做了一个陈述;而现在完成时则强调的是过去开始或发生的一个动作对现在的影响。比如：在过去做过销售，所以有丰富经验，这时在介绍自己的时候就可以说“I have been a sales manager for 3 years 我做过三年销售经理。”

要特别提示大家的是，在西方面试中，一定要做自我推荐，要充满信心但不能给人傲慢的感觉，还有要多举些实际的例子来证明自己的工作能力。
