Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions are: to increase food market discipline, supervision, improve the enterprise's illegal costs; the establishment and improvement of coordination, clear responsibilities of the food safety regulatory system, effectively reduce the government's food regulatory cost; to strengthen food safety knowledge publicity and education, strengthen the consumer food crisis consciousness and human rights concept; perfect food safety laws and regulations; to accelerate the building of food safety standards system, strengthen the inspection institution system construction, the establishment of food security system; through the legal clear Consumers Association, the food industry association's duty, ensure its independence; give full play to the role of industry associations and the role of media, recommended to consumers high-quality food, exposure of unqualified food.
