二、中考生如何有效缓解考前焦虑?
1、考前一个月是心态的训练,自信很重要。听音乐、跑步、写日记、与亲友聊天等都是学生缓解压力的好办法。

1、中考考生要对自己有准确的定位,其中,学业水平方面是“硬指标”:最重要的标志是考生在本区中考的排名。中考分数具体多少不重要,和以前相比的参考意义也不大。因为中招录取学校中,绝大多数都是分区录取,而中考中招录取原则准确说是“名次优先”。所以,区内的中考名次,是考生学业水平的最直观依据。
2、家长还要充分了解孩子的综合情况,包括学业、特点、性格、兴趣等。在尊重后者意愿的前提下,家长与中考考生共同做出客观准确的选择,要着眼长远,切忌盲目攀比,大包大揽。
3、确定了升学意向后,考生要在意向范围内选择自己“感兴趣”的学校,也就是愿意读的学校。比如,选就读普通高中,要在招生简章上刊登的高中名单里选定几所自己想去的;选就读职技类学校,也要选定几所。如果是混合填报(二者兼顾),则两大类学校都要初步筛选。
