Happy Holiday
May Day is coming. I’m so happy because my father and my mother take me to Wu Quan Park this holiday.
In the park, I see many trees and beautiful flowers. There are many children and many happy playing games, too.
My parents take me to the zoo. There are lions, tigers, eagles, bears, deer, monkeys, and so on. I like the monkeys best because they are very clever and they make us laugh. How lovely they are!
I have a good time that day. What a beautiful and happy holiday.

This year's Chinese New Year will be very exciting! The Chinese New Year is celebrated by nearly every Chinese in the country beacuse it is an important holiday for the people. When we prepare for the new year, first, we clean the house, that includes sweeping and mopping the floor, also wiping the windows. Then we decorate the house with many ornaments (装饰物)such as paper-cutted snow, and other crafts (手工艺品). Of course, the most imporant part of the New Year is the food, we make special dumplings for dinner, they are very delicious! My mom and dad and I went to the park for a picnic, and then went to visit my grandparents.
