全名是ISI：Inter-Symbol Interference，码间干扰。
1、码间干扰是由于有限信道带宽决定的，当信号在有限带宽信道中传输时，在时域会有拖尾，如果拖尾在其它符号抽样处不为0，则造成码间干扰（ISI）。
2、多径引起时延扩展，引起symbol或者chip展宽，前一个symbol或者chip就会扩展并且影响下一个symbol或者chip，速率越高ISI越严重。

有限带宽和多径效应。从滤波器的角度来理解，可以认为它们都是一回事，都是由于滤波器对不同输入信号分量产生了不同延时的输出，多径信道建模之后也是一个带限的滤波器。
解决的办法:
1、降低数据速率，比如OFDM等；
2、均衡，包括时域均衡，频域均衡，时域均衡应用比较广泛.
何时产生：
当串行序列中连续一段都是相同的逻辑值，当之后的一位数据位相反值时，且这意味持续时间很短 时，码间干扰将会产生。
