好化妆品配方师难做，一般的就容易做。大多数化妆品配方师都一般般而已，成长途径无非是乳化工，打版员做起，在了解了老师傅几个配方后，转身一跳槽，就成了配方师，永远在原来掌握的几个有限的配方基础上修修补补，改来改去，没有原创性的工作，偶尔有了新配方，也都是原料商提供的，目的还不是想让你用他家原料。没有人一开始就能成为配方师的，即便你是学精细化工的化妆品技术专业出身，到了工厂仍然得现场学习，学习理解客户的要求并做成想要的配方，但还要理解老板的要求尽可能的让老板赚到钱。化妆品配方师并不能按照自己的理想去做自己想做的东西，而是要按老板的要求去做能赚钱的东西，这就决定了这个工作极其枯燥，试验来试验去永远都是用那些垃圾原料，做久了你就会想吐.......别问我为什么，化妆品行业都是先报价后打样的， 既然价格在前， 那你能选择的原料范围就极其有限，选贵了不赚钱，老板不满意， 选便宜了老板喜欢，但客户总觉得有问题，于是不断试做，所以很被动。你用10块钱的原料做出来了，老板一计算不赚钱，那你就得拿10块钱以下的原料来替换，一次又一次 的重复打样，试做...... 你不能有怨言，因为价格已经报过去了，没得谈！

不知道你的最终目的是想问什么。在我看来再容易的工作也有人做不好，再难的事情只有肯下功夫也未尝不能完成。而且容易做的工作必定竞争就大，好比行政后勤，没干过也可以上手；我觉得选工作不是按难易来挑的，选你喜欢的，选你适合的。毕竟是要干几十年，如果做完全没感觉的，没干劲，更浪费青春。另，听我们公司配方师说，这行还是有一定的性别歧视。因为是理工科，配方涉及到算的，女生可能天资上会稍弱，还要干些体力活，打配方的时候也是一直站着，得不到空休息，但也不是没有成功的女配方师，除了天资，后天努力也很重要。望考虑三思并勇往直前！！
