骄傲使人落后所谓：虚心使人进步,骄傲使人落后.在生活中,学习中,有许多这样的例子.当我们取得成功时不应该自满、骄傲,应该给自己定下更高的目标.我那次的骄傲,使我至今难忘.那是上学期的事了,在一次英语测验中,我侥幸得到了100分,并且是全年级第一.刚听见这个消息时,我兴奋不已,真想马上告诉爸爸和妈妈,显示一下自己的威风,回到家里,我连忙骄傲地对爸爸说：“爸爸你看,我英语测验100分,我多么棒啊!全年级只有我一个100分,我是独一无二的.”说着,我把试卷递给爸爸.爸爸仔细地打量了几遍试卷,写上意见：希望你不要骄傲,保持这个成绩.写完,又对我说：“这次虽然得了100分,但不能骄傲哦!”过了几个星期,又要进行下一个单元的测验了.那天晚上,我做完作业,正在客厅看电视.这时,哥哥对我说：“你还不复习,明早要测验了.”我骄傲地说：“上次我也没复习,不就是100分吗?你不要管我,我行的!”晚上,我粗略地看了几次课文,单词我认为自己行了,所以我看也不看.第二天,我轻轻松松地完成了答卷.万万没想到,试卷发下来,我一看,“89分!我仔细看了一遍错题,发现有许多都是冤枉分.这时,一位同学说,英语老师找我,我随他来到老师的面前,老师骂我说：“有没有搞错,像你这样优秀的同学居然连单词也写错了,为什么?……”我被问得哑口无言.在回家的路上,我不断地想,不断地对自己说：“都是我骄傲惹的祸,我不应该骄傲自满,为什么?为什么……“唉,通过这件事,我深深地体会到,做人不能这样骄傲.

曾经看到过这样一首诗：一段鼓励的言语，一个真诚的微笑，足以将沉重的心，瞬间，轻轻抬起。表扬是一种慰寄，表扬在每个人生的道路上都像一把绿色的大伞为人遮风避雨。然而，就中国的教育史来说，从批评到表扬真可谓是一段慢慢历程。“不打不成器”的教育占据了中国培养孩子的多年理论，听我妈妈讲，他们小时候不论老师还是家长对孩子的管理都很严格，且不提方法是否正确，至少结果很好，由于管理的严格他们或是在做人或是在学习上成绩都会很出色。也许这种类似于“批评催人进步的思想”正是由于在这种好成绩而在大家心中根深蒂了吧……从批评到表扬，不仅需要时代的进步更需要思想的进步。时代在前进着，从林则徐第一个开眼看世界到辛亥革命、新文化运动在到新中国的改革开放，我们不断的向西方学习来巩固中华名族的博大精深。从新式学堂京师大学堂到北大，外国的教育不断涌进我们的头脑。从此我们发现了表扬的魅力，开始了教育方法论的变革。替代了答不出问题的打手心，替代了犯错受罚的管理模式，表扬，这个以前只出现在获得荣誉时才有的鼓励降临到了每一个普通孩子的身上。当我们为一个目标奋力追逐时，当我们认为自己做对了一件事后，老师、家长那充满真心的表扬，就是我们炎炎烈日下喝的第一杯绿茶；当我们向别人坦白曾做的错事，并下决心一定要改正时，当我们因为良心发现，却帮了倒忙的时候，一句“勇于改正错误，就是好孩子！”或“你已经很棒了，我感激你！”这样的话，就是我们在心灵受到创伤快要结疤时，一瓶晶莹可口的滋润膏。表扬使我们更加努力，表扬使我们充满信心和力量表扬可以是一扇心灵的窗户，指引我们走上阳光之路；表扬又是一个无底洞似的陷阱，是我我们沉迷在无底深渊！骄傲使人落后，在过多表扬的充斥下，很多孩子都会产生一种我行我素固执己见或冲动等骄纵的坏毛病。我真的很担心，在表扬声中在糖水里泡大的我们的未来。所以面对表扬，我们应该想到：夸奖过后生活又恢复了平静，我们何不趁着这一刻，再给自己多施一些肥料，接受阳光的照射，让自己变得更加光彩夺目呢？通过这些年表扬教育的成果，引值得我们发思，中国古老的批评教育法是否完全是不可取的。有人说评是一种武器，就是说这件武器要注意收藏，因为一不小心，就有可能走火伤人。批评，是一把双刃剑，善意的批评是良药及时治愈人们的病症，恶意的批评，是一把大锤可以压得人喘不过气。世界上不能没有批评的存在，倘若是没了批评那么社会的进步将大打折扣。没有了唐朝魏征的批评唐圣主的盛唐不可想象；没有了毛泽东等人对左倾的批评改正中国不可想象；没有邓小平十一届三中全会上对个人崇拜、文革的批评矫正新中国更加不可想象。从表扬到批评，是我们的成长表现，但一个人要想不断地成长，不仅要有听批评的雅量，而且还要有经得住表扬的宏量，一句话：表扬要珍视，批评要珍惜。
