还是支持一楼的说法，二楼的简直是文不对题，be in hospital是表示生病住院，如he is in hospital.而in the hospital 表示的是在医院里，也有在医院工作的意思，如he works in the hospital.用法和go to school,go to the school一样，前者表示去上学，而后者表示去学校（可以参观，上班之类的）
