“米” 有两种含义。食物：*rice (大米) 读作 [raɪs]，可谐音为 “入阿艾斯”*millet (小米)，读作 [ˈmɪlɪt]，可谐音为 “米莱特”度量单位：meter 读作 [ˈmi:tə(r)]，可谐音为 “米特(儿)”

通常情况下两个都是对的，meter为美式英语metre为英式英语像color，colour；center，centre；movie，film；can，tin（罐子）等但如果在考试中，还是用前者好一些，挺为我国教材版本基本都是美式的
