agree on 和 agree about意思一样，都表示“就...有同样的看法”或“对...取得一致意见”；前者是正式用法，后者是口语用法。
理论上说，它们都可以用于被动语态，但是除了 be agreed on/about 外，包括 agree to 在内，很少见到被动用法。
