一、become的用法：

1、become用作系动词时,意思是“成为,变得”,表示情况的开始、发展和结束的变化。后接名词、形容词(或其比较等级)、过去分词作表语,偶尔也可接带疑问词的动词不定式。常用在书面语中。

2、become后接动词的过去分词可表示被动或结果，此时一般不接by短语。

3、become用作及物动词时,还可表示“适宜,合适”。become of只能与疑问代词what(ever)连用,用于直接或间接疑问句中,表示“变得怎样”,后接人或有形的东西,多用于完成时或将来时。
