"被选为总统" 词组是" be elected president "(注意没有冠词the)但是要注意如果特指某国总统时有加the和不加the两种情况。例如：奥巴马被选为美国总统 1. Barack Obama is elected American President.（不加冠词） 2. Barack Obama has been elected the USA President.（这里面的冠词不是修饰President的，而是the USA固定用法） 3. Barack Obama has been elected as the president of the USA .（这里加冠词，是因为要强调president这个单词。相同用法有 Barack Obama has been elected the president of the United States.）
