英文句首、句中、句末的区别，以please为例：
“please”属于礼貌用语，但如果放置的位置不同，就会有不同的意思哦，如果把“please”放在句末，让人听起来最舒服，客气。一般用于礼貌的请求，拜托别人。比如： I'd like a cup of coffee, please.（请跟我一杯咖啡。）
如果把“please”放在句子中间也是可以的，语气相对句末而言，稍显生硬，但如果把“please”放在句首的话，就会有很强的命令语气，除非是老板，大佬等，否则很容易让人恼火。这一点在日常交际中很重要，一定要谨记。
英语使用注意
一般在使用过程中，“sit”后面常跟的就是介词，比如“sit down”“sit on” “sit in”等，它们在使用过程中均有不同的用法，比如“sit on”一般是指坐在平的，没有扶手的椅子上。
例句：sit on a bench/dining chair（坐在长椅/餐椅上）。如果是沙发，软椅这种有把手，坐下来可以陷进去的，应该用“sit in”。
