TTT是国际职业训练协会(IPTA-Intenational Profassional Training Association)的培训师认证课程【国际职业培训师标准教程】(Training the Trainer to Train)的英文缩写。该课程自1995年起在中国大陆地区开办认证课程,受训学员考核通过后可获得由IPTA颁发的【国际职业培训师证书】,目前该课程由IPTA授权上海启能企业管理咨询有限公司负责中国大陆地区的课程组织和开办,截至2010年3月,已开办中文版课程共计167期。 TTT还是另外一个词的缩写,即教师培训计划(Training the Teacher Trainers)是以应对多元文化为背景的对教师培训者的培训。

TTT就是专门为培训企业各部门主管、内部培训师开设的经典课程。

建立培训体系首要工作就是建立培训制度,设计培训工作流程,制作相关的表单,制订培训计划。

体系建设:

一个培训体系构成主要包括三大部分:制度、课程和讲师。
