我的理解：to have feelings for someone 对某人有感觉，有好感。比get a crush on someone，“迷恋某人”的程度要浅一些。另外，个人感觉have feelings for someone是逐渐产生的赶脚，而crush on someone，有一下子就迷恋上某人的意思。
