《玛丽有只小羊羔》（Mary Had a Little Lamb）是一首美国儿歌。最早于1830年5月24日由美国女作家萨拉·约瑟法·黑尔（Sarah Josepha Hale）署名发表在诗集《给我们孩子的诗》（Poems for Our Children）中。
据说这首儿歌只有前四句劳尔斯顿写的，后面十二句是萨拉· 黑尔自己加的。
不过这只是一种说法，有人认为整首儿歌实际都是萨拉· 黑尔写的。
还有人说之前本来就有这首儿歌，里面的主人公叫做“露西（Lucy）”而不是玛丽，劳尔斯顿不过把名字改了一下。
1830年儿歌发表之后，作曲家罗威尔· 梅森（Lowell Mason ）给儿歌配了段小曲。从此儿歌更加广为流传，并被翻译成多种语言。
