My favorite festival is Spring festival. It usually comes in January or in February. It's the most important festival of the year and it is a time when all the family gets together.I like Spring Festival because I have lots of free time at this time of the year. I can decorate the house with beutiful lights and flowers with my mother. There is always a big meal on New Year's Eve and on New Year's Day I wear my new clothes and visit friends and relatives. I can always get red packet with money so that I can buy whatever I want. What's more, My parents often take me to watch dragon and lion dacing. It's quite a bit fun.

Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. During this festival, people in China get together and have a big meal. And dumplings are the most traditional food during the festival.It is my favorite festival because I don't have to go to school, and I can get some new clothes, eat a lot of delicious food, and get some red envelopes, too. It makes me feel very exciting, and happy, of course.People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune . The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long .People visit relatives and friends with the words “Have all your wishes ”.
