实际成本英语

挣值管理法中的PV、EV、AC、SV、CV、SPI、CPI这些英文简写相信把大家都搞得晕头转向的。在挣值管理法中，需要记忆理解的有三个参数：PV、AC、EV。 PV：计划值，在即定时间时间节点应该完成某一比例工作量所应该花费的经费。 英文翻译：PLaned，计划，Value，数值，简写是PV AC：实际成本，在即定时间段内实比分完成工作发生的实际总成本。 英文翻译：Actual，实际的，cost，成本，简写是AC EV：挣值，在即定时间段内实际完工工作的预算成本。 英文翻译：Earn，挣，Value，数值，简写的EV 记住PV、AC、EV的英文全称来记住简写，从而记住中文名称的。只要记得以上三个参数，以下的计算公式就好办了。 以下以公式中，以S开头的缩写，都是表示进度的，schedule。以C开头的缩写，都是表示成本的，cost。而且有一个规律，计算公式都是EV开头；偏差是用减法，即然是减法，那么肯定也是跟0比较；指数是用除法，那么也肯定是跟1比较。进度偏差SV＝EV－PV，即然是进度方面的偏差，计算的肯定是进度方面的内容，那么上面两个参数PV、AC那个是跟进度有关系呢？肯定是PV计划值了，所以公式SV＝EV－PV的记忆就出来了。SV>0，进度超前，SV<0，进度落后。 成本偏差CV＝EV－AC，同上道理，成本方面的偏差，计算的也肯定是成本方面的内容，那么上面两个参数PV、AC那个是跟成本有关系的呢？肯定是AC实际成本了。所以公式CV＝EV－AC的记忆也出来了。CV>0，成本节约，CV<0，成本超支（即：大于0是好事）。 进度绩效指数SPI＝EV/PV，也好理解了，S开头的缩写，肯定是关于进度方面指数了，公式以EV作为开头的，SPI＝1，进度与计划相符，SPI>1，进度超前，SPI<1，进度落后。 成本绩效指数CPI＝EV/AC，C开头的缩写，关于成本方面指数，公式以EV开头，CPI＝1，资金使用效率一般；CPI>1成本节约，资金使用效率高；CPI<1，成本超支，资金使用效率低（即：大于0是好事）。
