4. aloud, loud与loudly的用法 : 三个词都与"大声"或"响亮"有关。
①aloud是副词,重点在出声能让人听见,但声音不一定很大,
常用在读书或说话上。通常放在动词之后。aloud没有比较级形式。
如: He read the story aloud to his son.他朗读那篇故事给他儿子听。
②loud可作形容词或副词。用作副词时,常与speak, talk, laugh等动词连用,多用于比较级,须放在动词之后。如:
She told us to speak a little louder. 她让我们说大声一点。
③loudly是副词,与loud同义,有时两者可替换使用,但往往
含有令人讨厌或打扰别人的意思,可位于动词之前或之后。如:
He does not talkloudly or laugh loudly in public. 他不当众大声谈笑。
5. voice 指人的嗓音也指鸟鸣。
sound 指人可以听到的各种声音。
noise 指噪音、吵闹声
6. find + 宾语 + 宾补(名词形容词介词短语分词等)
例:I find him friendly. I found him working in the garden.

7. 常见的系动词有:

② 陈述部分是 there be 结构, 疑问部分仍用 there

④ 陈述部分与含有 not, no, never,few, little, hardly, seldom, neither, none 等词时,疑问部分用肯定.

但陈述句中若带有否定前缀或后缀的单词时, 这个句子仍视为肯定, 后面仍用否定.

⑤ 陈述部分的主语若为不定式或 V-ing 短语, 疑问部分主语用it.
例: To spend so muchmoney on clothes is unnecessary, isn’t it?
⑥ 陈述句中主语是 nobody, no one,everyone, everybody 等指人的不定代词时,疑问部分用they做主语; 若陈述部分主语是 something, anything, noting, everything 等指事物的不定代词时, 疑问部分用it 做主语.

Statistics show that no more than 40% of people who take the college entrance exams pass. Because a college education is regarded as the key to a successful career, this puts enormous pressure on the applicants. It also causes social problems, as those who fail consider that they have disgraced their families.
It seems to me that the exams are unfair, for three reasons: First, applicants with different abilities are faced with the same type of exam paper, second, the results of a mere three days of examination affect the applicant’s whole future; and third, applicants who can afford private tutors usually score higher marks than those who are poorer, but perhaps more intelligent.
To improve the system of college entrance exams, I suggest the following steps: the exam papers should be graded to take into account the different levels of ability and the different backgrounds of the applicants; in addition to the actual exam, a complete assessment of the applicant’s educational achievements should be made; and tutoring in examination techniques should be made available to all.
As college English education is greatly emphasized with the rapid development of global communication, the defects that exist in the current educational system are open to more criticism. It is widely acknowledged that a thorough reform of college English education should be under way.
Educators definitely should be responsible for the inadequacy of College English Education. It is known to all that interest is the best teacher, but a large part of college English teachers underestimate the effect of interest and keep preaching in class. Besides, “language environment” is needed to learn a foreign language and the lack of it in Chinese universities has hindered the student’s English learning.
Some problems of the students’ learning habits is also the source of the inadequacy. Chinese students tend to separate vocabulary memorizing, grammar, listening, speaking, reading, and writing and therefore their English is also “broken” in this way. In addition, they are generally reluctant to practice speaking. This has greatly contributed to the “dumb English” of Chinese students.
The success of the college English education reform requires efforts of both educators and students. Teachers should focus on attracting students with charms and interest of English in their classes. Students should try to be participants of the learning activities rather than passive receptors. With the collaboration of educators and students, the reform of college English education will surely yield plentiful fruits.
According to the reform program of the college entrance examination that the Ministry of Education has made,some of the subjects will be examed many times in a year.People have different oppinions about this. Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. 初三英语备课组在组长的带领下,根据近几年中考试题特点及学生实际情况,采用“四轮复习法”作为初三英语总复习计划。第一轮要求先全面复习初中英语基础知识,学生重读课本,夯实基础。以中考指导为主。第二轮进行重点语言基础知识及专项题型的复习,第三轮是语言应用强化训练。第四轮就是中考模拟训练。
第一轮复习在3月—4月,教师以教科书为本,按教材顺序归纳语言点,讲透语言点的运用,对各单元的知识要点进行梳理,重点是基础词汇、词组、句型的过关。这一轮切忌炒“冷饭”,要做到“温故而知新”。这就要充分发挥学生的学习主动性,在单元复习前,让学生利用早自修预习本单元重点 短语 和句型,教师归纳时可与其它短语做横向、纵向比较,帮助学生巩固运用。我们使用的辅导书是《 高效课堂 》,学生在做配套联系的同时,可进行阶段性检测,一方面激发学生学习积极性,另一方面及时查漏补缺,巩固好基础知识。
第二轮复习至五月下旬结束,一是针对重点的语言基础知识,如名词与代词、形容词与副词、动词、状语从句、宾语从句的复习。要求突出重点,反对
面面俱到;要遵守精讲精练原则,引导学生探究问题,发现问题,使学生在答题时做到灵活应用,触类旁通,变知识为能力。教师要仔细研究考纲中对各语言基础知识的考试要求,避免偏题、怪题,对教材中反复出现的重点、难点,应指导学生掌握。加强对宾语从句和状语从句这两类重难点从句的复习。二是对重点题型完型填空、阅读理解、听力进行专项强化训练。完型填空题是综合类型的试题,它比较全面地考查了学生对 句子 结构、词语的运用和辨析、固定搭配和习惯用法等多种语法和语言基本知识的掌握,同时还考查了学生对 英语阅读 理解以及对各种英语语言知识的运用能力。
第三轮复习在于知识能力的提高和阅读技巧的培养。

2、重视主题句。短文的主题句,往往是每篇 文章 的首句,有时也出现在文章的中间或结束处。主题句是深入了解全文的“窗口”,甚至能以此句为立足点,从该句的时态、语气推测全文的主要内容。
3、还原检查,看是否顺理成章,从语意和语法两方面检查无误后便可完成。
做阅读理解题时应提醒学生注意以下几点:
1、作题时可先浏览问题,带着问题通读全文,也可先通读全文再看题目,文章至少读两遍以上。
2、正确对待文章中的生词和难句,要学会根据上下文判断其意。对于文章中一些较复杂的长句,只要抓住重点和关键,问题就明朗了。
