这是独立主格结构做原因状语。句式特点是：有逗号隔开,没有连词,主语不同

功能：可以表示前面名词/代词的状态,状况或动作,相当于一个状语从句,表示时间,原因,条件等
个人觉得这一题的核心还是时态和语境，对于英语语言学习这个确实是比较难理解和掌握的，也常常被困扰
There being nothing more for discussion，the meeting came to an end half an hour earlier.“由于没什么可讨论的事了,会议提前半小时结束了”---潜在意思，在说这句话的时候，按本来会议时间，会还在开，还在讨论，所以用being进行时，强调这个意思，实际情况则是会议提前半小时结束了。
There to be nothing more for discussion，the meeting come to an end now.“由于没什么要讨论的事了,会议现在结束了”---正好会开到会结束时间，大家没什么需要再讨论的，会到此结束。
There to have been nothing more for discussion，the meeting had come to an end half hours ago.“由于没什么可讨论的事了,会议几个小时前就结束了”---会几个小时前就结束了，已经没什么可讨论的了。主要强调已经完成状态
不知道我后面这两句的改写和理解是否合理正确，还需要真正的专家和大神来指正。仅个人理解，仅供参考。

there to be 主要用在动词后作复合宾语或用在for后表原因，A, B项都是there to be的变形所以排除there being可用在介词后也可放句首加逗号作为独立的状语结构，本句就是用作状语表示这里没有什么可以讨论的了，所以散了会附上一张辨析表
