一、指代不同
Bachelor's degree是指学士学位。

二、颁发机构不同
1、bachelor degree：由国务院授权高等学校授予。由学位授予单位依照本单位的学位授予条件和《中华人民共和国学位条例》的相关规定进行授予。
Undergraduate diploma由国家教育委员会统一制发。
三、侧重点不同
Bachelor's degree一般是学生在完成某个、或者某些学科的某一个或几个领域之后由学位授予机构（大学、学院等）授予。不同学校和学科的Bachelor要求修业年限和要求有所不同。标准地说，这就是一个本科学位。
dergraduate diploma是文凭课程，大体分两种：一种是由教育机构（大学、学院等）在学生完成特定的学习过程后颁发的证书（不是学位）；另一种情况是：Diploma就是一种学位。
第一种情况：Diploma是学校颁发的结业证书，它相当于本科大一， 一般后面会直接配一个本科的课程， 也就是我们熟知的Diploma + Bachelor快捷课程，读完Diploma后直接升入相关专业的本科二年级就读。有些同学会因为成绩不够不能直接进入理想的大学，可以选择先进去相对应大学的Diploma就读，顺利毕业后直升到理想大学继续就读。
