How to keep healthy What is the most important thing in the world? I think it is health. You can take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive. But if our health was taken away, we would surely die. That is why we always try to eat in a healthy way and exercise regularly. In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like French fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins. Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy. What's more, I think friends are an important part of one's health. Many studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick less than those who don't. I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone. When I am with my friends, I always laugh. Laughing is also an important part of health. I like to laugh with my friends. By eating properly and exercising regularly, I can keep my body at a proper weight and keep healthy. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy. These things sound easy to do, but not many people can manage them. I think a strong will is necessary if we want to keep healthy.

Today my parents took me to my grandfather’s house. I played with my cousin. Suddenly my cousin suggested going to the park and having a rest. “that’s a good idea.” I said. Then we prepared for the traveling. After lunch, the sky turned dark. After that , it rained heavily. It meant our plan is impossible. Three months ago，on my way home from school, I saw something shining on the sidewalk. I was surprised. So I went forwards and found a tiny red thing. It just looks like an almond, but it is not. It is a seed! Maybe it will grow into a gem tree, I thought. I took it home and planted it. First I found a beautiful flowerpot and put some soil in it. Second, I put the seed in the soil and covered it with some other soil. Then, I watered it and put it in the sun.From day to day, I sat near the pot after school and hoped to see the sprout. I watered it everyday. I put it in the yard when the sun comes up, and took it home when I get home. But nothing happened. I was very disapointed, so I throwed the pot in the yard. I went to school, and I came home after school. Day after day, I totally forget that I owned a mysterious seed…Today, when I got home from school I smelled the fragrance of flowers from the yard. I searched forwards and found that my mysterious seed have already grown into a blooming tree. How miraculous it is!Things are just like this. When you paid too much attention, nothing happens. But when you walk away, you’ll get a surprise.
