I am writing this letter to make an inquiry on the following affairs. I am a student of Guangzhou Medicine College who tried to apply for your university last year; however I was put on the waiting list because my credits were not transformed. I kept asking for the result during the transition period; however you always postpone my application by saying "no time" or "on holiday". I was told that my credits couldn't be converted till this February and half of my tuition had been deducted. This sounds a little bit unreasonable; please give me a reasonable explanation on this issue and decision. Also, please refund my deducted tuition as soon as possible.
