二、教研活动制定出来以后，还要更好的执行

本学期的另一个重点是青年教师评优课，它是对我们青年教师教学能力的一次考验及教学能力的一次展示，在第一次教研会上，我们就让年轻教师自己准备课，制作相关的课件。同时强调必须狠抓课堂教学，多在课堂上用英语来发出一些指令，任何一位教师来本班上课均不困难。经过认真的准备，每一位年轻教师的课，大家均去听课，从同事身上学习优点，避免自己的缺点。在这次评优课上，我们的两位三年以上教龄的老师所上的课被兵团教研室的老师评为优秀，四位教龄在三年以内的老师所上的课也都在以前的基础上，有了很大的进步，每一位教师都进步了。评优课后，我们组进行了认真的总结，指出优点，提出缺点，以及以后在课堂教学中应该注意的方面。（教研记录本上附有专门的每位教师的评语）
我们组教研气氛浓郁，不仅在学校规定的时间我们认真进行教研活动，就是在平时的教学中，为了一句话怎么导入，一个单词怎样让孩子迅速记住，我们也常常是争得面红耳赤，听完课后的评议课上，我们只指出本堂课的不足之处，需要改进的地方，不是我们看不到别的老师的优点，而是我们都认为把这些需要改进的地方改好才是最重要的。本学期，我们组人人听课均在20节以上，教研组长更是在50节左右，全组听课总计在220节左右。
我们组不仅在自己的组内听课，议课，还认真学习外校的优秀教师的课例，我们共分两次学习了夏恩力老师和田湘军老师的课，评课、议课后，每位教师分别写出了《我学到的一个优点》和《我需要注意的一个缺点》的文章（附在教研活动记录本后）。
阅读教学是我们组自订的一个长期的研究课题，这学期，我们还是把阅读教学贯穿在我们平时的教学中，每位教师都有自己的见解，在阅读教学交流会上，大家积极探讨，写出了自己的体会文章。
在教研组定的另一项活动——分析每个年级的一个单元如何上这个教研活动中，我们也是集中大家的好点子，提出了好的教学方法，为将来教师上这几个单元打下了基础。

2、每位教师的听课只在评优课时听听，平时互相进班听课学习的次数少；

二、语篇为基础，扩大学生词汇量
光靠第三册教材的阅读量是远远不够的，所以我们还要精选精泛读材料来弥补教材的不足。在教学过程中遵循精泛结合、精少泛多、精泛有序的原则。选择的精读材料要能够在教学中发挥最大效益，启发学生的思维，促进学生知识的掌握和能力的形成。在教材的基础上，精选泛读材料，以巩固和拓宽语言知识，培养独立阅读能力。
可以《英语周报》为基础，用好《英语周报》，因为报上的文章比较新，时代气息浓，篇幅多。每期精选一两篇为精读材料，两三篇为泛读材料。在平时教学新词汇的过程中，不失时机地由新翻旧，以旧带新，通过形近、义近、同义、反义、固定搭配等手段串联起大量有用的词汇，让学生从纵向，横向及各个方面将词汇的雪球滚大。对于所有精泛读材料中碰到的生词，要求学生摘录下来，老师要采取必要的手段，如听写或再现认读的方式进行检查，以扩大学生的词汇量。
三、加强写作训练，合理安排综合训练
加强写作指导和训练，是我们高考取得成绩的重要保证。只有多练才可能有好的成绩。但只是写作还不能取得好成绩，一定要加强对学生的集中训练和指导。对于写作，在写作过程中，给予学生合理的指导，对学生有明确的要求：1)繁简适度2)有闪光点，要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构3)层次分明，承上启下4)细读提示，写全要点。5)书面干净、整齐、规范。教师也要遵循 “粗批，快改，及时发”的原则。否则，失去了时间意义，效果就不大了。同时让学生背诵范文，模仿，运用，做好语言积累。提高高考的书面表达成绩。

我力求务实、高效、创新的新理念，针对全体学生，制定不同的教学方法和课内外作业来鼓励学生扎实基础，坚持因材施教的原则，始终把学生的“学”放在教学核心位置上，注重对学生学习方法的指导。课堂中采用加强英语基础知识训练的方法，精讲多练、训练归纳每一个语言点，使知识系统化，注意指导解题方法与技巧。在认真做好自己本职工作的同时，还抓好学生的常规教育，结合典型事例、个别辅导、适时激励等方法，注重学生兴趣和习惯的培养。比如在平时的英语训练中，多利用学过的短语和重点句型培养学生的口语运用能力，达到激发和保持学生学习英语的热情的目的。
三、在严格要求学生
积极听课、虚心求教的同时，比较注重学生德育和日常管理的常规教育，尽可能了解他们的思想动态，并及时和他们沟通，动之以情，晓之以理，从而达到注重培养学生的思想品德。对班上存在的后进生进行综合了解，全面分析，用自己的人格魅力去感染他们，同时还注重与学生家长的联系，提高社会与家长的教育功效。因此，在转化后进生上，取得了较好的成绩。
四、在教学中我注重教学常规的落实，切实向课堂要质量、要效益，课前认真钻研教材，掌握住教材的结构，重点与难点。
并在讲课时能根据学生的反馈情况及时调整教学，不是以教案而教学，而是为教学而写教案。我还结合学生的不同情况做好个别辅导，每次学生的作业都及时批改，每次批改做到有分数和日期，鼓励学生及时完成作业。
课后自己还不断地学习、充电。我在教学之余，认真参加学校的业务学习，参加各级培训更新教学理念和方法，使自己的教育教学符合新的教学理念的要求。
在新的一年里，我将继续努力，加强自身政治学习、业务锤炼，不断提高教育教学水平和管理能力，为提高学生的综合素质而努力，为学校的发展作出更大的贡献，我将更加严格要求自己，发扬优点改正缺点不断提高和完善自己，力争成为一名出色的教师。
