Hi everyone,I have recently made a survey among 100 students in our school about how they relieve pressure in their daily school life. From the chart that we can see different students have different ways to relieve pressure. 28 percent of the students relieve pressure by watching TV or playing on Internet. However,29 percent of the students are better willing to listening music to relieve stress. On the contory , 15 percent of the students like taking exercise to get relaxed. Besides, 18 percent of the students want to sleep that they can get rid of the pressure. What's more ,10 percent of the students have their own opinion. As for as I'm concerned , I think we can go on a natural trip . Not only can we relax ourselves, but we can enlarge our horizon. meanwhile, we can play some games to enjoy ourselves . For my view , I consider that we can save some time to do it .
