When I said that our minimum quantity for each toy is 10,000 pieces, I actually mean that the minimum quantity requirement for the item you appointed is 10,000 which is not for other items. 一般不要直接表达salesman, 因为这个词语不很受欢迎。我会这样写:Dear xxx,I'm writing to see wether you are interested in the music instrument, Guitar, on behalf of our company xxxxxx which is one of the largest and most professional guitar manufacture in China, located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. We supply the product either in samll or in large quantity with high quality at low price. We can also do OEM, manufacturing acording to you requirements. I believe we can save the cost as much as we can but not at the expense of quality. Please find the attachment in which some of our products are illustrated.
