We have cargo loaded in container and sent to carrier's warehouse at 29 Sept.. The expected date of departure was 30, Sept and that was what the shipping agent told me. Would you mind telling me that how you get the time? Of course, maybe that was the case. As we know, there are some inevitable causes such as customs inspection, bad weather, etc. leading to the later departure than expected. In a word, I am very sorry for your trouble, and we promise that we will not make the same fault any longer.
