萝卜蹲玩法：将参加活动的参与者分成几组。每组可以只是一个人，也可以是好多人。将每组用不同的颜色命名。比如我们有五组参与者，于是命名为：黄萝卜，白萝卜，绿萝卜，青萝卜，红萝卜
随机选中其中一组为开始组，这组成员边做蹲起动作的同时边说“X萝卜蹲，X萝卜蹲，X萝卜蹲完Y萝卜蹲。”说完的同时用手指相应的萝卜组。比如从黄萝卜开始，则黄萝卜的成员边做蹲起边说“黄萝卜蹲，黄萝卜蹲，黄萝卜蹲完绿萝卜蹲”，说完的同时用手指绿萝卜组。
