City life or suburb life has its own advantages and disadvantages. The most obvious advantage of city life is rich and colorful, citizen can enjoy himself, we can go to bar to have a drink after finishing the day's work or go to cinema with family members and so on. In addition we can acquire knowledge of advanced technology. But city life has its advantages , for example , crowd people、noisy environment、pollution and faint relationship. In this aspect suburb life has its advantages, in the suburb man really can know what are serenity and comfort, we can go out for a walk along the river, listening voice of stream, watching the sunset, with family member at dusk, if you have good interesting in sport, you can play game with your children, that is impossible in city. But suburb life has its disadvantages too, being short of entertainment and shop make men feel a little consequence, and we can't rapidly acquire information about the world, so we will feel, some time, be divorced from the society. If let me have a choice, I will choose to live in city, because I am a graduate student of academy, I must enrich myself in science and technology, on the beam city offer a good culture substance for me. In addition there are more challenge in city than in suburb, if I want to make a great progress in science, city is my best choice In recent years more and more homes are being pushed outwards as the activities of business, government and pleasure tend to be concentrated in the centers of the cities. Although most people are reluctant to move to the outskirts of the cities, I feel like living in the suburbs.It is true that the city can provide much convenience and entertainment, the very reason people can’t bear to part with city life.But the cost for the privilege of living in the city is also high.Just think of the places where we live, full of petrol fumes and toxic gases, torn by the roar of buses and lorries day and night, and thronged ceaselessly by great crowds. Besides, as the housing problem in the central city gets more serious, people have to pay high rents for very tiny flats which I would certainly disdain to live in. In contrast, living near the countryside one can enjoy the clean atmosphere, the closeness to nature and the quiet, peaceful surroundings—the essentials of a healthy life. Nothing can be compared, as the pace of modern life is getting quicker, with the first cock crow, the twittering of birds at dawn, and sight of the rising sun glinting on the trees and green fields. Although living in the suburbs you may suffer a little discomfort brought about by the necessity of traveling miles to work every day, the situation will change soon as many highways and subways are being constructed. The new suburban life is fast becoming a predominant pattern of living in most cities; and with the development of traffic and the perfection of services, it will prove to hold great superiority over city life. Different people certainly have different opinions about where to live? For my own part, I think choosing a living place is like choosing a living style. So as a person who so enjoys the beauty of nature, I prefer to live in the suburbs.There are several reasons for my choosing. The most important one lies in my love for the mother nature. It's just so sad that some people are confined to the skyscraper, and don't have the chance to get close to nature.In today world, the city center is full of noises are colorful lights, so you can easily lose yourself and can't find the true self. The other reason is that living in the suburbs is more helpful to one's health than living in the city center. With all kinds of cars emit pollution to the air everyday, the only place where we can breath fresh air is the suburb.To put it simple, I like live in the suburbs to enjoy the beautiful earth.
