Welcome to Putian . Putian is in the center of Fujian province. It is a beautiful city with over three million people.I have heard from Sam that its population is larger than that of Dallas in the US. However, Putian can just be considered as a small city in China since there are many bigger cities. More and more big and modern buildings that are under construction just like other cities in China. Besides, there are many natural and cultural sceneries. Please allow me to show them to you .First, for every newcomer, he or she should not miss visiting the Meizhou island. Meizhou island is the hometown of the sea goddess Mazu. There are many beautiful temples for Mazu. This is the statue of Mazu,and it is 14 metres high. The gold beach is boundless. Last term all of our classmates went there. We chased each other on the beach and we played water in the sea. We had a good time .
