We will terminate the contract one month in advance (提前一个月取消合同)if it is not competent for job （如果不能胜任工作）because of teaching quality of foreign teacher is unqualified（因为外教的教学质量不合格）.
If the foreign teacher is unqualified for the job due to various reasons such as low-level teaching, we shall propose cancelling of the contrast one month in advance.
