业绩达标就是达到业绩指标。根据英语习惯，业绩指标称为Key Performance Indicator（KPI）。业绩达标可以说Achieve (the) KPI，其中achieve也可以换成meet或者其他近义词，但achieve和meet是最常用的。另外，如果要口语化一点，也可以说achieve the targets、meet the requirements、reach the goals等等。 最后提示一点，老外对“指标”都是定义得很明确的，包括哪一类指标，比如销售业绩指标、管理指标、个人素质指标，所以在“完成指标”的时候，要说明确。例如：我完成了我的销售指标 = I have achieved/met my sales targets.
