没I watch you 这种说法。一般只说 I watch you sleep. I am watching you 是，我监视着你呢！

应该是：I want to stare at you all the time/ I want to look at you all the time. 没有get an eye on, 但有have an eye on, 意思是：注视，监视，也就是说监视你的一举一动，不是好的方面，所以如果是好的方面的话应该是我给你的句子
