这个不也能确定多久，要看你的基础了，建议你每天都坚持听英语，和人交流的时候尽量用英语说话，遇到不会表达的单词，就马上查找出来。如果你没有交流的英语环境，可以假想场景，总之，英语就是一个常用才不能丢的工具。good luck！

你已经觉得学习韩语很无聊本身又是朝鲜族那说明目前你对这门语言的学习和掌握是游刃有余的，那在这样的情况下你开始学习英语应该是能够保证有足够的学习和练习时间的，你的信心确实有根据，我认为你可以同时学习两门语言。并且你说你以后想去发达国家留学，不知道我可不可以理解为你指的是西方发达国家，那么相对于韩语来说运用更为广泛的英语对你的求学之路更为重要。举个例子，据我观察大部分高考能够达到英语125分以上的学生不松懈大一上学期就可以过公共四级，而高中三年能够倾注于英语学习的时间其实并不多，所以像你这样的情况3年时间想要达到六级水平是完全有可能的，只要倾注足够的时间与精力，并且坚持。因为你英语没有基础，所以我建议你学习起来需先学通语法，背单词同时进行，再辅以大量阅读和练习，通过这些巩固语法并积累单词和搭配在各种语境的用法，等到对语法掌握熟练并且单词积累到能够造句写作和通顺阅读的阶段再开始听力的练习，其手段包括对照英语字幕看原声电影，听英语新闻等等。语言学习就四点要素：听，说，读，写。在掌握了语法并积累了一定量的单词之后针对这四项进行练习就可以达到语言学习提高的目的。可以买一些教科书例如新概念英语系列来跟着学，也可以通过网络手段得到英语学习素材，还可以买一些题来做例如高考或四级或六级的模拟题，反正确实世上无难事只怕有心人。韩语英语完全是截然不同的语系，在同时学习的过程中不存在混淆的问题，只是要注意好时间的分配。既然有想法并选择了这样的一条路，坚持下去总会有收获的。语言学习也是贵在坚持，相信你明白的。加油！
