我们学校有各种选修课。选修课已经成为我们学习的重要组成部分，选修课在很多方面对我们都很有价值。

In our school, a variety of elective courses are available. Attending elective courses has become an important part of our study and elective courses are valuable to us in many ways.

我上的是乒乓球课，这是一次奇妙的经历。每周打乒乓球有助于强身健体，缓解压力。

I have taken the table tennis course, and it is an amazing experience. Playing table tennis every week helps to build my body and relieve my stress.

在老师的帮助下，我学会了如何让眼睛、大脑和肌肉一起工作，以及在一上午的学习后玩几个游戏是多么愉快。

With the teacher’s help, I have learned how to make the eyes, brain and muscles work together and how pleasant it is to play a few games after a whole morning’s study.

乒乓球课对性格培养也有好处。在游戏中，我学会了公平竞争，在双打中与他人合作，这将有助于我在未来的职业生涯中具有团队精神。

The table tennis course is also good for character developing. In games, I have learned to play fair and cooperate with others in doubles, which will help me to have team spirit in my future career.
