toast：祝酒辞address:演讲，致辞（The Geddysburg Adress就是林肯在美国内战后一篇非常有名的演讲辞）speech:演讲，公开演说oration：致辞，演讲相比而言，toast一般是在酒会或者婚礼上敬酒前的讲话，address一般指规格比较高，比较正式的演讲，speech还可由于指一般场合的演讲，而oration多指在特定场合的演讲，慷慨陈词型的。

欢迎致辞的英语开头
首先，"对客人的莅临表示感谢"是一种开始致辞的好方法，下面两个句子可以帮助你开始你的讲话：
1.I’m very happy that you have come from the United States to visit our company.
2.We are honored to have a distinguished group of guests such as yours to our company.
这里你可以用I’m very happy that...的句式来表达"很高兴客人来访"的概念。
