有不同的表述。比如，“我这里有条（问）题不会（回）答”或者“我有一个问题想问你。”这里就是Question，因此这里第一例句为“There is a question here I don't know how to answer”，第二例句则为“I have a question to ask you.”还有就是故障、障碍或者麻烦事这些也会被描述成问题，如“我的电脑出了问题”。这里才是用Problem。因此上述例句则为“My Computer (has) got (a) problem.”上述括号中为日常用这句话时会省略掉的字或词。两种问题是不同的，英文有不同的表述。在中文里则统一叫成问题，我不知道你问的是哪个“问题”的英文，所以我两种都说了。

问题用英语说是question。
问题在英语中可以用很多个词汇来说，例如：matter,issue,problem,question。这几个单词都含有“问题”的意思，他们的区别是：1.matter：含义不很具体，暗示人们考虑和关心的事和话题。2.issue：多指意见能达到一致的问题，着重争论或讨论中的问题。3.problem：指客观上存在的、难以处理或难以理解的问题。4.question：通常指用口头或书面提出来要求回答或有待讨论解决的问题。
