英语演讲稿格式如下：
1、演讲稿有开篇的“呼语”。有针对听众的称呼和招呼。
比如：Good evening/morning/afternoon， ladies and gentleman/the honorable judges （if it is about a competition）等。
2、文章的主体部分为议论，但比一般议论文更需要逐条深入，而且言简意赅。因为在真正的演讲中，读者实际上扮演了听众的角色，即在心里是以声音效果来作出评价判断的。
3、在文章第一和最后一段我们一般会鲜明地点出本演讲所需要阐述的主题，或是重申自己的观点。
如何提高演讲能力?
为了实现演讲效果的生动，寓言故事或者实际经历往往扮演了重要的角色。可以用下面两种不同的方法处理故事：一种是在文章的一开头以故事引出话题，林肯著名的Gettysburg Address（“葛底斯堡演讲”）就是这种；第二种是把故事放在演讲论点后，作为论据起到叙议结合的效果。
演讲要越短越好英语演讲应该简洁扼要，直截了当。 除非需要，不要采用中文中的那种迂回蜿蜒的表达。据专家统计，人的注意力一次只能约 13 分钟。演讲长度以 10 ～ 15 分钟为宜。
