1、教授3-12岁少儿英语课程;2、针对3-12岁少儿英语课程进行设计与研发;3、与学员及家长保持沟通,保证教学质量,提高续班率;4、配合市场进行公开课程的设计和展示;5、参加教学教研活动,撰写相关教学文档,及时报送各类教学材料;6、配合完成学校及部门的其他工作。职责二:少儿英语教师岗位职责1、按照学校要求为学员进行授课,制定授课计划和备课;2,持续对学员的学习进行指导、跟踪,保证学员处于正常学习状态;,使其完成预定学校目标;3、维持学校学习秩序,解答学员问题,负责学员英语水平测试和升级考试;4、受理学员投诉,处理投诉意见;5、完成学校上级领导交付的其他工作任务;职责三:少儿英语教师岗位职责1、依据迈格森国际教育的教学特点,负责4-12岁儿童英语课程教学工作的组织与实施;2、参与课程教案的编写及课程规划,协助完成教学流程并保证课程质量;3、能够发现孩子的成长问题并与家长保持及时、良好的沟通;4、协助教学中心的市场推广宣传活动及DEMO课展示;职责四:少儿英语教师岗位职责一、 严格遵守《教师行为规范》和幼儿园各项规章制度,依法执教。认真贯彻幼教两种法则,认真学习幼儿教育理论掌握幼儿心理和生理的特点。二、 全面负责幼儿园的英语教学、英语环境的创设以及幼教的英语培训工作。结合幼儿年龄特点,认真制定计划,做好效果分析记录,热爱孩子,态度和蔼,坚持正面教育,坚持使用英语组织各种活动。三、 与本班老师、保育员团结协作做好本班各项工作。(轮值工作、接送工作、家长工作等等)四、 努力钻研业务,积极参加教科研活动及业务学习,每周一篇教学小结,每月写一篇教育笔记,一学期写出一至

GeneralGiven the declared aims of the school, it is necessary that all members of the Educational Community accept the following principles:Respect for the rights and individual differences of all people. Democratic and courteous attitudes in all interpersonal relations. The creation of a suitable working environment, taking into account the needs and wishes of the staff. Responsible attitudes as regards care and cleanliness of buildings and installations as well as classroom material. Active participation in the decision making process along with the various activities within the school. Family ParticipationHere at The English School, we believe that education is a shared responsibility and for that reason we work closely with the families of our pupils.In order to enhance the flow of healthy communication between family and school, we hold parent-teacher meetings for each class at the beginning of each term at which we introduce the themes of study to be covered during that term along with highlighting specific objectives.For the same reasons, we hold individual parent-teacher meetings on a regular basis in order to inform parents as to their childrens progress.The school also makes use of a Communication Book which allows daily communication between family and school with regard to any point of interest or question which may arise.Rights and Responsibilities of PupilsRights:To receive a well rounded and high quality education which takes into account all aspects of the individual social, physical and ethical. To carry out his / her learning activities in an environment which is safe and clean. Enjoy equal opportunities in an environment free from discrimination of any type. To receive a fair and objective appraisal which takes into account different learning styles. To participate fully in all school activities. Responsibilities:To respect and participate in the educational project of the school. To respect the freedom, dignity, integrity and privacy of all members of the educational community. To arrive punctually at all classes and activities and to provide justification for any absences. To attend classes / activities appropriately dressed and groomed and with the material necessary for participation. To obtain permission from the appropriate teacher in order to leave either a class or the school grounds or in the case of non-participation in activities. To treat all classroom and personal material, as well as the school grounds and buildings, with respect and care.
