AbstractStaff training is a planned, organized education, is in a certain range of space-time to improve staff attitudes, knowledge, skill, behavior so as to make it play a greater potential to improve the quality of work for the purpose of guiding the activities. It is concerned with work related knowledge, skills, attitudes and behavior. In recent years, with the development and progress of society, people more and more attention by enterprises, staff training in enterprise developing position and action also is shown. In order to increase the profit of the enterprise, more and more enterprises in the company's internal staff professional training work. But some enterprises only focus on the training form, before training and not on the training needs analysis and planning and control work. Thus fail to realize the value of training.In this paper, combined with specific examples -- Bao Hui Electrified Railway Works paragraph, from domestic and foreign staff training present situation, pointed out that Bao Hui electrified railway section of the public works staff education and training status, and from the physical quality, learning ability and professional skills and other aspects of analysis, fully aware of the problems of its own staff.
