我是英语专业的，不过只有在一些英语培训机构（像夏令营之类）当过英语老师，一点感想不知道能不能帮上忙。给小学生讲课比给中学生上课相对简单一些，因为孩子们很愿意跟你互动，一般不会造成课堂气氛沉闷的问题，但是要把课真正上的孩子爱听又能学到知识还是有一定难度的。首先，给小学生上课因为课容量比较小，所以尽可以充分运用视觉和听觉的双重刺激，但是要注意结合孩子们的兴趣，比如讲“lazy”这个此可以从大家喜欢的懒羊羊讲起，再插入一些懒羊羊的图片或者是一首带flash动画的英文歌比如“Lazy Mary”，总之吸引他们眼球是第一位的。其次是上课时候的肢体动作很重要，不能太僵硬，表情要生动，给孩子一种亲切感。再次，把握上课的节奏。注意观察他们的状态，如果上了30分钟了，感觉孩子累了，精神开始不集中了，可以暂时把节奏放慢一些，给彼此一个调整状态的时间，可以利用这段时间让还在吧刚教的单词或句子在本上写几遍，既能让孩子加深印象又能让大家稍做休息。最后，最能活跃气氛产生良好效果的就是和孩子一定要时时互动，课前多准备一些有意思的活动，上课的时候确保孩子是整节课的主体，尽量多的给孩子参与的机会。其实，一个老师一个风格，你完全可以按照自己的方式赢得他们的喜欢。打心眼里喜欢孩子，有爱心，从孩子的角度出发我们可以做的还有很多。祝你成功成为一个好老师！~
